If you stay more than 5 days, the daily room rate will be reduced.

Returning guests receive a 1% discount on the standard daily room rate (not valid in conjunction with packages and other surcharges). Discount is limited to 15%.

Children staying in their parents’ room (2 full paying adults) are charged € 7 per child per night. Children under 1 year stay free.

Our cancellation fees:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date
• 50% of the total price if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date
• 75% of the total price if cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date
• 100% of the total price if cancelled within 2 days of the arrival date

Sometimes the unexpected does occur and the long-awaited holiday needs to be cancelled. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
