• Prices are in Euros per person per night including Wiesenhof half board, excluding tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
• For bookings and cancellations the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

Book directly through our website, by email or by phone and get the best price.

If you stay more than 5 days, the daily room rate will be reduced.

Regular guests receive a 1% discount on the daily room rate (not valid in conjunction with packages). Discount limited to 15%.

Children staying in their parents’ room (2 full paying adults) are charged € 7 per child per night. Children under 1 year stay free.

Our cancellation fees:

• Up to 14 days prior to date of arrival: no cancellation fees
• For cancellations up to 14 days prior to date of arrival we charge 50% of the booked total amount
• For cancellations within 7 days prior to date of arrival we charge 75% of the booked total amount
• For cancellations within less than 2 days prior to date of arrival we charge 100% of the booked total amount

Sometimes the unexpected does occur and the long-awaited holiday needs to be cancelled. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Check-in: On your arrival date, your room will be ready from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy our breakfast and explore the surroundings.

Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11:00 on your departure date. If you wish to extend your stay with us, please contact our reception team and they’ll let you know if our hotel has availability for late check-out.

Lake Achensee, the largest lake in Tirol, is just five minutes from Hotel Wiesenhof. On the lakeside in Pertisau there are numerous places for swimming and bathing. The pier of the Achenseeschifffahrt is within 10 minutes’ walk.

The Wiesenhof enjoys a very quiet location surrounded by meadows. Our guests are not disturbed by the lake promenade, which can be quite busy in the summer. Our beautiful garden with lawn offers many quiet spots to relax and unwind.

A variety of leisure activities are within easy walking distance:

• Karwendel cable car 5 min
• Golf course 5 min
• Nature park Karwendel 10 min

We are happy to provide you with changing mats, buggies, baby phones, bottle warmers, electric kettles, cots and step stools.

The Wiesenhof has a ground floor entrance, lift, large rooms and a wheelchair accessible bathroom/toilet on the first floor. There is sufficient space in the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

We are committed to preserving our beautiful environment for future generations and therefore promote e-mobility. Our guests have a variety of options to explore the natural surroundings in an eco-friendly way. How about taking a tour in our Tesla S or our golf carts?

Exploring the shores of Lake Achensee with our e-bikes is a great experience. Maybe you fancy an adventurous tour on our Segways?

We recommend that you book your preferred means of transport in advance as our fleet is booked up quickly, especially when the weather is good.

The Pertisau golf course and the covered driving range are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Two state-of-the-art golf simulators are located in the basement of the Wiesenhof. For reservations and questions please contact our reception.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel.

You can leave your laundry at reception at any time and it will be returned as soon as possible. Laundry bags are available at reception.

A well-stocked library is located in the gallery above our bar lounge.

Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Alternatively, you can book a parking space in our garage (extra charge: for stays up to 4 days €12/day, from 5+ days €10/day).

We welcome your four-legged friends with open arms. Please let us know when you make your booking if you are planning to bring your pet with you, as some of our rooms are reserved for allergy-prone guests.

We will provide an ergonomic cold foam mattress with a fresh cover as a dog bed and a food bowl for the duration of your stay. If you are travelling with a cat, we will provide a cat tree and a food bowl. Towels are available in the draft lobby to dry your dog off after a soggy walk.

If you let us know in advance, we will be happy to reserve a table for you and your dog in our open fireplace lounge. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms or at the buffet.

In addition, muzzles are required in the lifts and on public transport, including cable cars and the ships of the Achenseeschifffahrt.

The “right” pillow is the most important thing for a peaceful and pleasant sleep. At the Wiesenhof, we offer a choice of pillows. Please ask our friendly staff at reception by 20.00 at the latest.

ViscoPur sleeping pillow
Adjusts exactly to the shape of your head in every sleeping position and supports the neck. Tensions in the neck and shoulder area are considerably relieved.

Spelt pillow
Especially recommended for: Tension in the neck area, back pain and spinal problems, migraine, sleep disorders and more.

Herbal pillow
Our herbal pillows are filled with hay flowers and herbs! These come from unfertilized alpine meadows and therefore have the full healing power of the plants growing there!

Water pillow
For optimum pressure relief and support – variable water capacity. A blessing for your neck! The water pillow adapts to every head shape.

The Wiesenhof has a spectacular swimming hall with a 25-metre sports pool and direct access to the sunbathing lawn. The use of the swimming hall is free for Wiesenhof guests.

The use of the swimming hall, relax pool, saunas and steam rooms and the cardio fitness center is free for all Wiesenhof guests.

We are happy to organize transfer services from/to the train station in Jenbach.
