If the hot air balloon ride cannot take place due to bad weather, or if a change of the launch site is necessary, the balloon ride organizers will inform you a day in advance by email or phone. The hot air balloon ride is operated by alpineballooning - austria/tirol. The "der Wiesenhof Hotel GmbH" accepts no liability for accidents, damages, or any other incidents during the balloon ride.
