How do we pay for our stay?
Preferably in cash on site or conveniently by bank transfer in advance – whichever you prefer. 
Debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard are also accepted.

A Wiesenhof special: if you pay the entire room price in advance, you will receive a premium car wash or pick-up from the train station in Jenbach as a thank you.

What cancellation conditions apply?*

• Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival
• 75% cancellation fee for cancellations between 7 and 2 days before arrival
• 100% of the costs are due for cancellation within 2 days before arrival

*except for stays at Christmas and New Year’s Eve

Is a deposit due?
Yes, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price to secure your stay with us.

Do all rooms have a balcony or lake view?
All rooms have a (French) balcony, either with a view of Lake Achensee or the Karwendel massif with afternoon sun.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free of charge and available throughout the hotel (except in the dining room).

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No, the fresh Achensee air will cool you down. Windows open, mountain air in, done.

What is breakfast like?
Local, fresh, and plentiful – a start to the day that tastes like a holiday! Fresh cold cuts directly from the delicatessen counter, crispy bread rolls, homemade jams, and much more await you. We serve freshly prepared egg dishes and coffee specialities directly to your table. And because variety is the spice of holiday life, there are themed breakfasts that change every day. 

Where do we have dinner?
In our hotel restaurant with Tyrolean specialities and international classics.

Are children allowed in the spa?
Yes, the pool area and the mirror sauna are also open to younger guests. The rest of the sauna area and the relaxation room are reserved for adults only.

Emil’s tip: in the family pool you can splash and play to your heart’s content! In the bathhouse, on the other hand, please just float along quietly – this is a place for pure relaxation.

How close are adventures for kids?
Closer than ever. In and around Wiesenhof, countless adventures await – a wonderful family ski area just around the corner and an entire lake region ready to be explored. 

Can we bring our dog with us?
Dogs are very welcome. If you would like to bring your four-legged friend to meals, please let us know in advance and we will reserve a cosy table for you in the fireplace hall, subject to availability.

Are there walking trails directly from the hotel?
Yes – the lake and many paths are right next to the hotel. Perfect for dog walks (including dog-waste disposal station right outside the hotel). 

What can we expect at the spa?
The phenomenal bathhouse, the family pool, saunas with different temperatures, and relaxation areas.

Can we hire bicycles?
Yes, directly at the hotel. For mountain tours or leisurely laps around the lake, we have the right bike for you.

Which hikes start from the hotel?
From a leisurely stroll to a high Alpine summit – step outside and you are right in the middle of it all. If you prefer to take it easy, simply glide up a few hundred metres with the mountain cable car before setting off. 

Can we go skiing and cross-country skiing in winter?
Absolutely! Pertisau is the ideal starting point for countless ski areas around Lake Achensee and in the Zillertal valley. A beginner’s slope lies directly opposite the hotel, and the cross-country trail runs past the house. Put on your skis and off you go!

What do you offer golfers?
We reserve tee times and lend you trolleys and golf carts. And best of all: we have the only golf simulator at Lake Achensee, perfect for practice in any weather. Plus, you will receive 20% off the green fee at one of Austria’s most beautiful courses. Sounds like a birdie waiting to happen!
