Being Safe on Your Holidays at the Wiesenhof

Special times require special measures. The well-being and safety of our guests and employees is our utmost priority. We have therefore summarized our general conditions for safe holidays. (Last updated 09.07.2021)

Please note the following legal requirements:

  • All guests have to provide a negative test result, a vaccination certificate, or a proof of recovery from COVID-19. This is the requirement for entering the country, for staying at hotels, visiting restaurants and events, etc.
  • Children up to 12 years old are exempt from presenting a test result.
  • COVID-19 testing facilities are available in our hotel.

  • We do not shake hands, but welcome you as usual with a warm smile.
  • Please keep a distance of 1 metre to other guests while waiting.
  • Faster CHECK IN with our online registration form.
  • Let us know your wishes before arrival to avoid waiting times.
  • Cashless payment is recommended.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of one metre to other people in all restaurant areas.
  • Indoors: Maximum seating at a table 8 adults plus underage children.
  • Outdoors: Maximum seating at a table 16 adults plus underage children.
  • Mask wearing is no longer mandatory in restaurants. If you wish, you can of course wear a mask.
  • All pubs, bars, restaurants and other hospitality and entertainment venues must close no later than 24.00.
  • Maintain a minimum distance in all saunas and relaxation areas.
  • Treatments and massages take place without restriction in compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Disinfection dispensers are available in the public areas.
  • Public areas are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
  • Furthermore, we regularly air all rooms with fresh sea and mountain air.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of one meter to other people.
  • Avoid direct contact with strangers.
  • Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or handkerchief.
  • Wash and disinfect hands several times a day.
